Mr. Railla has been in professional practice as a Licensed California Architect and General Contractor, designing, engineering, and constructing multi-residential units, custom single family homes, custom remodeling, merchant built tract housing, housing for the elderly, a mental health center, shopping centers, office buildings, tenant improvements and industrial buildings.  Responsibilities have included real estate development, seismic engineering analysis for new work as well as existing structures, exterior environments including site planning, parking facilites and landscape design.
